Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once you submit your referral using the form, you’ll receive a confirmation message. We’ll also notify you by email if and when your referral officially books a qualifying service. If you ever want to check in, feel free to email us at contact@emmeluxe.com.

  • Your reward is issued once your referral pays their deposit and officially secures their spot on our project calendar. We'll email you to confirm and send your reward within 5 business days of their deposit.

  • No worries! We’ll keep your referral on file for up to 6 months. If they book within that window, you’re still eligible for the reward. Just make sure they mention your name or that you’ve logged them through the form.

  • Yes! In fact, there’s no limit to how many people you can refer. You’ll earn a reward for every qualifying referral who books. You can even stack your credits toward a future Emme Luxe project if you’d prefer services over cash.

  • Nope! You don’t have to be a past client to refer someone. Whether you’re a fan of the brand, a business bestie, or just love sending good people our way — you’re welcome to participate.

Terms & Fine Print

We love and appreciate your referrals — and we want to keep things fair for everyone involved. Please review the following:

Referral rewards are issued 10–14 business days after the referred client has paid their deposit and officially started their project.

If a referred project is canceled, refunded, or flagged for suspicious activity, the referral reward becomes void.

Referrals must be new to Emme Luxe and not affiliated with the referrer’s own business, household, or immediate team.

Referrers must submit the referral form before the person books or the referred client must mention your name at booking.

There is no limit to how many people you can refer, and rewards are stackable — we just ask that all referrals are made in good faith.

Emme Luxe reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards at its sole discretion if misuse or manipulation is suspected.

We believe in rewarding community, not clever workarounds.
