Approve designs within agreed timelines
Maintain platform subscriptions (Wix, hosting, domains)
Communicate professionally and promptly
Project timelines depend on client responsiveness.
4. Payments & Billing
a. One-Time Services
Payment is required before work begins
Deposits are non-refundable
Final files released after full payment
b. Website Care Plans
Billed monthly
Auto-renew unless canceled
30-day written notice required for cancellation
c. Digital Products
Paid in full at checkout
No recurring access unless stated
d. Late Payments
Late payments may pause services without notice.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the customized and digital nature of our work:
No refunds on website foundations
No refunds on care plans after billing
No refunds on digital products
No refunds on consulting or audits
Exceptions are at our discretion.
6. Revisions & Scope Control
Each service includes a set number of revisions.
Requests outside scope may require additional fees.
Major changes require a revised agreement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Client Content
Clients retain ownership of their original materials.
Emme Luxe Systems
All frameworks, templates, foundations, and proprietary systems remain property of Emme Luxe Design.
Clients receive a license for business use only.
Resale, sharing, or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Platform & Hosting Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
Wix/Squarespace updates
Hosting failures
Plugin conflicts
Third-party outages
Clients manage platform subscriptions.
9. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided only under active care plans.
Out-of-plan requests are billed separately.
10. Termination
We may terminate services for:
Non-payment
Policy violations
Abusive behavior
Non-responsiveness
No refunds upon termination.
11. Confidentiality
All client data remains confidential.
12. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
Search rankings
Lead volume
Revenue growth
Traffic increases
Marketing success depends on multiple factors.
13. Limitation of Liability
